Visio 2002 Autoinstall if "right click on search"

A Windows XP SP2 / VISIO 2002 question:

Whenever I RIGHT-click the start-button, and the "search...", the
VISIO 2002 autoinstaller starts...

i really want to get rid of that. but how???

please help,
