Visio 2002 - Changing connection point angle

I'm running in Developer Mode. I can add connection
points to a 2D shape and change type from inward to
outward or inward/outward OK. Problem is that the green
arrow used to change connection point angle does not show
up and therefore I can't change the angle. What am I
doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong--but you'll need to go to the shape sheet to
change the angle. One of our shape sheet experts can give you more detailed
directions if you find the shape sheet difficult to use.

Thanks. I have used the shape-sheet to change the angle
since my original post. Its a bit of a pain since I
either have to work out a formula or put in distances.
It's just that, according to the Help file, you can change
the arrow by dragging the green arrow, which would be more
convenient in many cases.
