Visio 2002: Custom Property viewing on syncronized pages

I have an Org chart with two syncronized pages. On one page I want to
display the Initials (or Name) of the position holder, while hiding them on
the other. Is this possible? Is there a better way of doing this that keeps
me from having to make the chart twice?
