I have found other posts relating to this problem, but no sulutions that fit.
Running Visio 2002 in a Citrix environment, any custom toolbars that are
created are lost when the user logs off. If the user exists from Visio, and
then starts the application again without logging off, the custom toolbars
are retained.
Each time the user logs off (and not until), the users' custom.vsu file is
being updated, and if I open it with notepad, I can even see the name of the
custom tool bar in the file.
All other tool bar changes are maintained (i.e. hiding and showing deafult
toolbars).
I am aware that this can be caused by running Adobe Professional(?)on the
same machine, but I am sure that this is not the problem here.
Any ideas how I can make Visio recognise the custom toolbar in the
custom.vsu file.
Any help appreciated.
