Visio 2002 Installation problem?

[Visio 2002 hangs up]

OS: Windows 2000 Profession - English Version
Visio: Visio 2002 SR-1 - English Version

Problem:
1. Install Visio 2002 SR-1 with the user 'A' belong to 'administrator' group
2. After intallation, the user 'A' can use Visio normally
3. However, if user 'B' (belong to administrator group also) logons, the Visio hangs up.

Is this caused by the installation policy?

Hello Glenn,

Log on as user 'A' then go to Documents and setting fole and rename the
User 'B' profile folder. then log off and log on using User'B' account and
launch visio.
