Hello,
I have a nasty problem Visio 2002 SR1 (EN)
We've created a shape called "general switch" which is
a grouped rectangle with connection points around it.
When we place two of these "switches" relatively close to each other
and try to draw a dynamic connector between them, Visio simply
stops responding and starts consuming 100% processor time.
Clearly Visio attempt to find a proper route for the connector,
the bad thing is that it will try forever, in a neverendig loop.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Is there a fix/workaround for it?
I have an example of the situation at
http://www.sqc.fi/~ylikuka/Visio2002LoopsForever.vsd
if anyone cares to look at the problem.
Just try to draw dynamic connectors between the shapes
and see what happens...
cheers,
/Kari
