Visio 2002 Org Charts - Is Matrix heirarchy possible?

I'm using Visio 2002. No matter what I try, I have not been able to find a
solution to create a Matrix heirarchy. That is, our org structure has
multiple direct and indirect managers that someone might report to.

You're correct the tool does not allow automatically draw a matrix
management model. You can however modify the drawing manually.
