VISIO 2002 PRO DWG to CAD conversion problem with Polylines

Hello,

My client has a DWG file and is trying to convert into VISIO. The problem
is only a quarter of the polylines are appearing in VISIO. I have not seen
any questions specifically about this problem in this forum and was wondering
if I missed an obvious solutions?
