Visio 2002 Pro SP2 (build 10.0.5110) Crashes On Exit

Does anyone know why Visio is crashing when the user tries to exit? I can
reproduce by simply opening the application then exiting without making any
modifications.
Environment:
WinXP Pro SP2
Office 2003 Pro
Visio 2002 Pro SP2
Office 2003 Pro SP1
