Visio 2002 Pro SP2 Keeps Restarting

I just formatted my XP Pro laptop and reinstalled all my software

I put on Visio 2002 and applied SP2 to it.

Then I launched it for the first time. It built the cache as normal and
seemed fine. However, when I closed it, it opened itself again and started
building the cache again. This loops round and round until I kill the
processes off.

Any ideas?

Hello Keith,

Try the steps give below.

1) Close Visio if it is running by killing the processes.
2) Then go to start and click on Run.
3) In the run prompt type Visio /r and click ok.
4) Then Visio will launch and then try closing it.

This should fix the issue.
