Visio 2002 running on Windows XP SP2

Visio software works fine in all respects, except when trying to launch the
Organization Chart Wizard. Hard-drive becomes extremely active, and 30-45
seconds later, the program launches, or hard-drive activity stops and freezes
the Visio screen. Have uninstalled/reinstalled several times, with no
response. All Visio components ran fine under Windows XP SP1. I have
installed all the latest Office SP's, Visio SP's, etc. Anyone?
