Visio 2002 "save as" TIFF problem

When I "save as" tiff file format, the Visio program crops all the white space at the edge of my drawing. When I look at or print the tiff drawing with "Paint" or "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" all I see and all that is printed is the image without the margins. (I use a Laserjet 6P)

I want my white borders back.

How do I configure Visio to make a tiff document that my clients can print exactly as it appears on the visio screen?

Add a solid white background to your page, sized exactly the same as your
output paper, using a rectangle. Make the border invisible if your printer
can do full bleed (I don't think the 6P does, though). Make sure the
rectangle is behind all other objects; placing it on a background sheet will
do the trick.
