Visio 2002 service pack 2 will not install

From Viisio Hotfix Installer, I get a message "the Program_Files features
must be install locally".

When I try the online automatic installer it just fails and sends a message
to MicroSoft.

sounds like you're trying to install a fix on visio that is not resident on
the workstation, but rather on a server. if so you will have to get your
server administrator to apply the fixes.
