Visio 2002 Shape Search

I needed to change a hardware and after Visio 2002 has been installed on the
new system Shape Search functionality does not work. It looks like Shape
Search is not running at all. Once I click on Options (in Shape Search) Visio
collapses, and tries to sent a report of the problem to Microsoft. I
appreciate help with this issue.
