Visio 2002 SP 2 save errors running on NT4 SP6a

When I try to save Visio documents containing more than 2 sheets I get an
application error.

I have tried this on 3 different NT4 SP6a builds, and cannot find anything
on the web - HELP !

I appreciate Windows 2k or XP would help, but unfortunately they are not
options at the moment.
