Visio 2002 SP2 and VBE6intl

I deployed Visio 2002 without any problem. After I deployed The Sp2 then I
am getting an error about VBE6INTL not found.

The file is on the harddrive and I don't understand what cause that problem.

Any idea?

Finally, I found a solution.
Error message: "The language DLL VB6intl.dll" could not be found

What I tried:
Install Visio 2002 SR1 from the CD.
Start and select hierarchy diagram
No error message

Download SP2 and apply it to my installation.
The error msg is appearing

Reinstal SR1 and install Sp2 from Office update
The error msg is appearing

Rename %commonprogramfiles%\Microsoft Shared\VBA\VBA6\1036 to
%commonprogramfiles%\Microsoft Shared\VBA\VBA6\1033

No more error message. So the problem is on the SP2 itself!!
