Visio 2002 to 2003 conversion problems

I just upgraded to 2003 and when I open my Visio 2002 files it tells me ""The organization chart shapes in this drawing must be converted to work properly in the current version of Microsoft Visio". If I go ahead and convert the shapes and then save and close the file, when I reopen the file Visio tells me it has encountered a problem and needs to close. Has anyone else run into this type of problem?
