Visio 2002 to 2003 Conversion SP1

Just updated to SP1 for Visio 2003. After the installation, whenever a older
document is opened and converted, the flow charts regenerate and become
unreadable. This doesn't happen with Visio 2003 without SP1. Even if you
convert from 2002 to 2003 and then apply SP1 the same issues apply.
