Re-activation might be triggered by system changes (CPU, Memory, new disk
drive, etc.). Since you have already activated, it should be a formality -
just click Activate. If there is any 'push back' from the activation
process, you can go through phone activation.

I am not sure why all of sudden VISIO 2002 thinks it has not been
activated.
I know there was a security update in April 2008 but I didn't receive
"ACTIVATION" message before. I hate to go and restore my ACRONIS drive
image from last month to siolve this. Why would VISIO 2002 PRO ask for
"ACTIVATION" ????
