Hi, we are having a slight problem here.

Sometimes when a user is saving a working file, it appears
to save fine, he closes visio and then re-opens it, but
when he opens the saved sheet, a blank sheet appears.

This doesn't always happen and the user has got the
sufficient rights to the network folder he is trying to
save in.

Has anyone any ideas as to what may be causing this?

This sounds like the user may be experiencing the problem in this KB

If this is the problem, there is an update from Novell that needs to be
applied to the Novell client.
