Can anyone help,

In Visio 2002 SP2 installed, in an Active Directory
Diagram, if I drag a new user to an existing group, the
program hangs, with a message of "repostioning shapes".
No progress bar activity.

Program will not respond, I have to end task, and start
all over again. I tried uninstalling Visio, I tried
detect/repair.

Any ideas, the knowledge base has no acticles for this.
