Visio 2003: Automatically create a procedure from a flowchart?

I would like to create flowchart diagrams with annotations, from which an
auto function is invoked to then generate a set of Procedures based on the
annotative information put into the flowchart. A product called 4TQ does it
and I'm told that Visio has it too - seems to have something like it for
software dev (Jacksons) but not sure for general procedures. Any advice?
