Visio 2003 - Cannot Open Files

After upgrading to Office 2003, I was unable to open
files in Visio. The application opens but as soon as I
open a file, the application closes. I upgraded to Visio
2003 but am still having the same problem.

If anyone has a suggestion or solutions, please let me
know (I am desperate!).
