Visio 2003 Compatibilty

Can anyone tell me if there are any known issue's with
saving in Visio 2002 Pro and opening them in Visio 2003
Pro or Standard? I guess my question is are these versions
2002 and 2003 back and forward compatible? Are there any
key issues between the two?

Visio 2003 has a different default file format than Visio 2000 and 2002.
However, Visio 2003 can save as Visio 2000/2002 file format. Any features
that were new in Visio 2003 would not show up in Visio 2000/2002 files.

In addition to what Lori said, Visio 2003 opens 2002 files just fine.
