Visio 2003 - Connector endpoints will not turn red

Normally when I use the connector tool to connect shapes, I drag from one
connection point to another and the connector endpoints turn red and the
shapes stay connected.
Suddenly today, I can no longer connect shapes this way. When I drag from
one connection point to another, the endpoints stay green. How do I get them
to turn red again so the shapes stay connected?

I figured out I can highlight a shape, then click the connector tool, and
drag a new shape onto my page and these will be connected, but I am unable to
connect existing shapes!

Thanks, Mark

I cannot reproduce it.
Except for the background pages which have no headers nor footers.

I just discovered that it is possible and easier to add headers and footers
in the Print Preview.

If your problem does persist, publish the drawing to visguy.com.

Thanks - the Snap & Glue solved my problem. There must be some super secret
hotkey for turning that on & off, as I did not use the 'Tools : Snap and
Glue' screen to turn it off at any point. It was working one second, and not
working the next.
Oh well, now I know. Thanks again!
