Visio 2003 Crashes Every Time I Try to Open a File

I upgraded to Office 2003 a couple of months ago. After
the upgrade, when I attempted to open a file in Visio
2002, the application would simply close. I have
upgraded to Visio 2003, but the problem persists.

I have run Detect and Repair, I have opened Visio in Safe
Mode, but nothing has solved the problem.

Can anyone offer any help?
