Visio 2003 Custom Properties Page Issue

USing Visio 2003 to publish a .vsd to a web page using the
File > Save as Web Page wizard. My issue is that I have
made heavy use of the Custom Properties Page for objects.
When the html gets published, and shows up in a web
browser, there are instructions to ctrl+click to see
custom properties. This does not work, in fact nothing
happens. All scripting allowed (this network is not
connected to the Internet.)

Can the ctrl+click be configured to a mouseover, like the
way Visio 2002 would publish web pages?

Any suggestions?

Check that your mouse cursor actually changes when you move over your
shapes.
Could be that your shapes are not at the top of the Z Order. Try selecting
them and BringToFront before re-publishing.
