Visio 2003 Database export

In the past versions of visio I could create a database model diagram
then create the physical database with an export feature. If I made
any changes to the database via visio I could sync up the two so that
the database would reflect the changes I made.

How do I do this in Visio 2003. Everywhere I look that says export to
database, it wants to add the visio "shapes".

Is this just going to backup my drawing into the database? I want to
actually create the database that I designed. Am I looking at this
wrong?

Any advise would be appreciated,
Brian

Forward engineering was supported in the Visio Enterprise Editions of Visio
5, 2000 and 2002. It is now found in the Visio 2002 that is included with
Visual Studio. I believe it's called Visio 2003 Enterprise Architect
edition.

Only reverse engineering is found in the Visio Pro Editions.
