I am having problem getting Visio 2003 Enterprise Architect to run. I
continually get the following message when I start the product:
Microsoft Visio has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience.
I'm also asked to send an Error report to Microsoft, which I do.
I have tired to get things working by un-installing and then re-installing
the product. I have no problems performing either of the these processes.
But no matter what I continue to get the above message. I've also delete any
remaining files after I perform an un-install.
When I first install Visio late last year it ran with no problems. I
haven't used since until now. I've been fighting this problem for a 1 1/2
week with no resolution so far.
Does any body know what going wrong here?
What else can I try to solve this problem?
