Visio 2003 ER to SQL Code

I'm having a terrible time trying to create a DDL for a set of tables I
created in visio 2003. I have done lots of reverse engineers with no
problems, but I created tables in visio and I now want visio to write the
code for the tables, and indexes, but I cannot find how. I found a tutorial
but I'm missing Database > Model > Check and Database > Generate.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

forward engineering is supported on visio enterprise architect edition (not
pro) which comes with VS.NET enterprise architect
