Visio 2003 Evaluation - Download Error

I am getting an error message once I try to download and run the installation
file.

"VisioEval(1).exe is not a valid Win32 application"

Please let me know what the possible solution is to resolve this error.

Did anyone ever find a solution to this problem, i am running into the same
thing...

Something went wrong in the download process. Dowload it for a second time
or order the CD.

I tried several times to download the file and still getting the same error
