Visio 2003: how to change all shapes size

Hello,
am doing my family tree on A3 size page. Now it became clear there is too
little space on it. I would like to make all shapes smaller, but I have some
60 shapes on a page. Is it possible to change all shapes size automatically
or must I do it manually?

You might find it easier to resize the page, hold control and drag the
edges to change the paper size.
Then when printing - menu File -> Page Setup -> Print Setup
and set the print zoom.
