Visio 2003 Hyperlink description missing in Web pages

In my Visio drawings I've one or more shapes with one

hyperlink each . In Visio 2002, when I access in web
browser (IE 6 sp1) to my drawing saved as Web page, every
hyperlink shows me its description on mouse over.

In Visio 2003 when I have a drawing with one shape

having only one hyperlink, the corresponding Web page
generated never doesn't show me shape hyperlink's
description on mouse over or clicking on. With two
hyperlinks for each shape the web page functions
perfectly sowing me the box with two descriptions. I have
600 drawings saved as web pages with one hyperlink for
each shape and my customers want to see the exact
description of hyperlink before clicking on the hyperlink.

I'm thinking to recreate a personalized "SaveAs Web

Page" function, if possible, or to continue to use Visio
2002 to generate my web pages.
