Sometimes the media has a problem reading during the install. If you
suspect the media, you can try making a copy of the CD contents to a folder
on your hard drive, and then install from there. If there are any errors
during the copy process, you will know that the CD (or your drive) have
potential problems.
If the CD reads okay on another computer, you can put the contents on a
flash drive or network location to perform the install. If the CD is the
problem, you can order replacement media -

There was a similar message that occurred with Visio 2002 which was caused
by
the anti-virus application running during the installation. It can also be
caused by various other things such as not having the latest service pack
for
the operating system or even a bad CD device. However like Paul mentioned
more information is needed to analyze the issue.
