Visio 2003 Licensing Issues

Our company intends to develop a .NET product that uses Microsoft
Visio 2003 as a frontend, namely the Visio ActiveX component. If we
own a MSDN Universal subscription, are we allowed to redistribute the
Visio ActiveX along with our application?
