Visio 2003 no colour...where to get Visio 2007 for free....

Hello People...first time posting...

Can someone tell me where I can get the Visio 2007 download from
without having to pay the $1.50 for it...its not the money...just dont
believe I should pay for beta software...

Also...my Visio 2003 does not show any colour at all...installed in my
normal install and in vmware...same thing...

Can someone tell me how to fix this?
