Visio 2003 no longer supportedfileformat workaround?

Hi,
I am looking for a way to use my Corel cliparts (.cmx) with my Visio
Professional 2003 (SP2). On the MS info webpage I found out that many file
formats (one of them being cmx) are no longer supported from Visio 2003
onwards. I think this is a petty and would love to get to know a workaround
how I can still import them.
