visio 2003 ocx in vb.net

Does anyone know where I can find examples of how to use the ocx in vb.net?
I am an experienced vb.net programmer but I am completely new to visio so I
need examples of how to do some of the most basic things like how to
show/hide toolbars, how to add controls. etc..

and download the Visio 2003 SDK as well:

It has samples in VB.NET, C#, C++, a code library, and better help files,
among other things.
