Visio 2003 - Org Chart - datasource SQL Server

Hello

It will very appreciate if somebody can help me with a code example on how
to automate addon "OrgcWiz" against Sql Server. I only need the parameters
of the followings commands and how to configure ODBC:

DATASOURCE, TABLE and DBQUALIFIER.
