Visio 2003: Org Chart Wizard Question

I am trying to use this software for our org charts. It has a capability
that you can run a report in our HRIS and import it into Visio and it will
create the chart using the Org Chart Wizard. However, when I use this
function, it for some reason creates a spreadsheet org chart where each
employee is on their own separate tab. So there ends up being about 300 tabs
or so. I don’t know why it is not functioning.

Also, can you distinguish what fields you want on certain individuals in the
org chart. For example, we only want the Team Name to be on the Level 4
Manager’s box but I’m not sure if Visio has these capabilities.

Can anyone help?
