visio 2003 printing and exportation problem

Hi,
I just installed Office Visio 2003 over 2 PC with windows XP pro italian.
I made a complete installation.
Everithing is fine but when I try to print or to save the fil with another
extension (tiff, jpeg, bmp) it doesn't work.
First time I try it gives me a "Not enough memory message" and then "an
internal error of Visio: #-1. Operation 1010: print try to close and open
file and then robbot Visio" (translated from italian).
Both computers are updated both for windows and for Visio.
Both computers don't print both over a local and a network printer.
Both computer work fine and have an updated antivirus.
One computer is a Pentium 4, 2,4GHZ, 512MB RAM, the other one is a Centrino
1,6GHz, 512MB RAM.

This is a problem with the RTM version of Italian Visio. You should
download and install Service Pack 1, which corrects the problem.
