Visio 2003 Pro hyperlinks

I bought to our company a Visio 2003 Pro

How can i link from a web page, probably from xml file, to a specific page and specific shape in the visio file (not important, whether saved as web page or not)

What should be written into html or into xml file or done with visio file to connect them
