Visio 2003 reboots automatically every time I try to shut it down.

I cannot get this program to close. It shuts down and then reboots. I have
done all the updates to Office 2003 and the service pack 1 for Visio. I have
to log off my computer to pull up an end program prompt every time I want to
get out of it. HELP!
