Visio 2003 Run Time Error Abnormal Program Termination On Launch

I installed Visio 2003 and it worked for about a week. Suddenly, everytime I
launched the program I get a C++ Run Time Error - Abnormal Program
Termination. I click on OK and the program ends. I have uninstalled program
several times and removed every object I can find from the registry that is
related to Visio. I re-install and get the same error.

I am able to install and run Visio 2002 successfully.

Anyone help me with this problem?
