visio 2003 save as web - hyperlink errors in IE 7

In Visio 2003 I use the "save as web" command. Everything works fine in IE 6.
In IE 7, the hyperlinks break.

I've searched the web and found a 3rd party fix. However, it doesn't fix
everything - some of the hyperlinks to other documents aren't working.

Is there some other patch or something I can install?

Hi Andrew, please try using another format when exporting your diagrams to
HTML. Have you tried using SVG?
