Visio 2003 Save As Web Page

I am creating an org chart in Visio 2003 and saving it as a web page, and am
trying to find a work around for a few different issues.

1. Is there a way to display jpg's and hyperlinks in the custom properties
window? I don't want to add photos and links to the shapes. Photos would
make it too large to print and I don't want to force the user to click on the
shape for one thing and CTRL click for something else.

2. I'm also trying to format the text in one of the Custom Properties that
spans into 3 paragraphs, but have had no success with this either. It
displays as one long text string with no breaks.

3. If I attempt to print the chart from the browser with the page setup to
legal-sized paper, it prints on the right paper but the spacing is for
letter-sized paper.

I've looked at the xml code for the web page, but I'm not familiar enough
with xml to know how to change it. Any suggestions on any of these issues
would be fantabulous!

Hi,

The Visio 2003 Save as Web feature doesn't include options to accomplish
items 1 and 2 below (but after you output the Visio drawing as a webpage,
the html and script output is available to modify as needed).

The issue with incorrect page size printouts for browser page settings
sounds like a potential issue with browser print functionality. It doesn't
sound like something that Visio is introducing. You might check whether
this a known issue with page settings and printing in your browser version.
