Is there an add-on for Visio 2003 to allow "Save As Visio 5" format?

Unfortunately, the add-on is called "Visio 2002".

Unfortunately indeed. It seems to be MS policy to limit the backward
compatibility of Visio.

I still use pre-MS Visio 4.1 Technical - yet MS appear to be in a state of
denial about its pre-MS roots. Rather like the English in denial of their
Celtic roots; Americans in denial of their European roots .......
