Visio 2003 SP3 Issue - Missing Tabs

When I upgraded to Visio 2003 SP3, I am able to open my visio files but some
files I am missing tabs in visio programs. I spoke with my IT people and they
troubleshooted and determined it's a SP3 realted issue. They are able to open
the same file with Visio 2003 SP1 and are able to see all the tabs at the
bottom of the visio diagram. Has anyone seen this problem and been able to
correct it?

I've never heard of such a problem.
menu View -> Drawing Explorer Window
look in the foreground pages section, are the pages visible?
or even just in the menu Edit -> Goto page list

If the pages are still not visible then please try installing my
utilities (in my sig, below)
and use the new menu SuperUtils ->Page -> Page Report
It will tell you if any pages have been set to invisible and ask if
you want to turn page invisibility off.

Paul -

I tried your suggestions to no avail. Download your tools and all the
options are greyed out. Any other suggestions?

The files are not installed correctly, Visio cannot find the .vsl
file.

Sorry but how do you know that the files are not installed correctly?

Mainly because I wrote the software and a sign of a *correct*
installation is that the menus appear and they are not greyed out.
There are several ways to get the menus to appear but have them greyed
out. Incorrect installation every time.
Sorry, I'm not being impolite ( I hope not ) but I do know my
software.
