VISIO 2003 TEMPLATE QUESTION

I have a template (huge 3'x4') with the company's logo, a master legend, the
date, and the title of the process and version in specific places on the
template. I want the template to prompt for the title, date and version. I
have 2 problems I can't figure out.
1. How (or will it?) do I get the template to prompt to add the info?
2. I want logo, etc to remain in the same place on the template, but I'm
have problems (while testing) trying to print smaller versions (ie 1 page
process).

Any help is appreciated!

Unlike Word and Excel, Visio does not have an AutoOpen or AutoNew macro. For
Visio look at the DocumentCreated event.
