Does anyone know how to transfer a Visio 2003 file to a PDF or an EPS
format?

You can get the Acrobat writer (not the viewer) from Adobe, but it's
expensive. It'll produce PDF files from any application.

There are a few alternative less expensive pdf writing programs, but I
haven't tried any of them. Check out

Easiest way to get postscript from Visio is use a free postscript driver;
both Adobe and Microsoft provide one. The MS driver should be on your
Windows setup disk.
